How to place your order

  1. Decide which styles you are interested in, and which fabrics appeal to you. Contact me so that I may advise you on the suitability of those styles for your reenacting needs. I will also be able to tell you which fabrics are available in sufficient quantities to supply you with the styles selected.
  2. Take your measurements as described in the Fitting Room, and send them to me with a deposit for 50% of the cost of the garment. I cannot reserve fabrics for you until your deposit is received. For your convenience, you may either pay via PayPal, or mail me a check.
  3. I will keep you informed on the progress of your garments and alert you if there is any reason for delay in their completion. If fittings are desirable, we will discuss mutually convenient arrangements for an appointment with myself or with one of my associates.
  4. When your garments are finished, I will notify you. Upon receipt of full payment plus shipping costs, I will send your garment via USPS. Insurance is available at your request.
  5. Terms of sale apply as stated below.

~~We are not responsible for variations in the appearance of swatches on different computer monitors. Actual fabric swatches are available upon request. Please be sure you will like the color before you commission a garment.

~~All measurements for fitted garments must be taken accurately, following the directions given. We require that, for fitted garments, you provide us with full-length photos of your body, as described in The Fitting Room. Obtaining this information accurately is the responsibility of the customer. While we cannot accept returns for garments which fit incorrectly due to inaccurate measurement-taking, we will, if possible, endeavor to alter them for a fee commensurate with the alterations necessary.

~~Please include a deposit for half the total price of the garment when you place your order. If any garment will take longer to complete than eight weeks from the time you place your order, you will be notified as soon as we are aware of the delay. If your garment is needed by a specific deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you in time. However we give no guarantee that we can meet short deadlines, therefore the earlier you place your order, the more likely you'll have it by the time you need it. Bridal attire should be ordered at least six months in advance.

~~When your garment is done, we will notify you, so that you may remit the balance plus the shipping costs. Finished garments will be shipped upon receipt of full payment. All transactions may be conducted readily by PayPal. If ordering from outside the USA, I must respectfully ask for $7.00 extra to cover PayPal's currency exchange surcharge.

~~If a garment is not paid for within ten days of your being notified that it is ready, or if an order is canceled after the work has commenced, that order is considered defaulted on and the initial deposit will not be returned.

~~If items are significantly not as ordered, or arrive damaged in transit, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately.

~~ Garments may be returned for corrections or for credit only. You will have five days from the date you receive the garment to decide that you are satisfied with it, or notify us otherwise. There will be no return of garments worn or damaged by the purchaser.

~~Fabric availability and prices may be subject to change without notice. Changes in fabric prices may cause unpredicted changes in the prices of the garments. We will keep you as well-informed as we can.

~~We will do our utmost to satisfy you. Your good recommendation is our only advertising!
